ADMINISTRATION

Dr.V.LAKSHMI PRABHA was born in Palghat, Kerala in the year 1958.She completed her preliminary school education at Sri Baldevdas Kikani Vidyamandir High School, Coimbatore and then her pre-university education at Avinashilingam Home Science College, Coimbatore.

She went on to receive an undergraduate education with a Bachelors in Engineering focused in Electronics and Communications, at Govt.College of Technology, Coimbatore (affiliated with Madras University) and graduated in 1980. She then decided to go back to Govt College of Technology, Coimbatore (affiliated with Bharathiar University) for her Masters in Applied Electronics and graduated in the year 1986. She completed her doctorate and received a Ph.D. in the area of Low power VLSI design in the year 2008 from Anna University, Chennai. She underwent training, in 2007, at the Embedded Systems  Lab, Virginia Tech University, Blacksburg, USA. 

Her teaching experience is accounted for during the last 29 years, when she served Govt Engineering colleges, Tamil Nadu in 3 different locations in varying capacities. 

There are 3 international journals and 15 national journals published to her credit. She has also presented papers at the Design Automation and Test Europe conference, Paris, France (2003) and an International Conference, Las Vegas, USA (2005).
